Eagle is the seventh Cass County Community to implement a comprehensive tobacco-free playground and park outdoor recreation policy.
2019 Village of Eagle Chipping Rules

The Village of Eagle will continue its chipping service beginning the first Monday in April through the first Monday in October, 2019. The Village does not provide tree removal services, we only provide branch and limb clean-up services. The following rules for brush chipping services are effective immediately:

Board Adopts One and Six Year Street Plan
