New Parking Regulations Enacted

At it's August 19, 2019 meeting, the Eagle Village Board of Trustees adopted Municipal Ordinance 2019-08 pertaining to the parking regulations..
With the enactment of Ordinance 2019-08, it shall be unlawful to stop or park any of the following on a street or right-of-way within the municipality for a period of time exceeding 12 hours: a trailer of any type and length, not attached to a motor vehicle; a recreational vehicle of any length; or any vehicle with a length of more than 25 feet. Provided, however, that the provision of this section shall not apply to vehicles or trailers being used in connection with building, repair, service, or moving operations within the municipality. Municipal Ordinance 2019-08 shall take full force and effect on September 3, 2019.
