The Village of Eagle will accept sealed bids for the following items of personal property until 9:00 a.m. on August 7, 2023, submitted to the Village Clerk, 747 South 2nd Street, P.O. Box 130, Eagle, NE 68347:

Formerly used parks and playground equipment, as follows:

1) Merry-go-round

2) Teeter totter set

3) Swimming pool diving board

4) Spinning planet display

5) Bench seats

Each item shall be offered and sold "as is" to the highest bidder. The terms of said sale shall be 100% paid in cash, certified funds or check payable to the Village of Eagle. The minimum bid for each item of personal property shall be $1.00.
